What This Book Is About

The North Star is not a finish line. You do not “reach” it.

It is a guide.

In this book, Jack introduces the North Star framework through narrative. The reader follows a small group of people, each carrying different wounds, ambitions, doubts and unfinished business, as they work through the process with a teacher. Their stories become the vehicle for the method.

At the center is the North Star Goal, the clearest vision of what your life could look like if you built it with intent. Around it are eight spires, each representing a major area of growth and achievement. As one spire is reached, it is rewritten. The system keeps moving because life keeps moving.

The peaks are what you accomplish. The valleys are where you recover, reflect and become the person capable of climbing the next one.
